Terms of Service
These terms govern access to CTRLRoom, including the free concierge pilot and any later paid service.
Agreement and eligibility
By applying for, accessing, or using CTRLRoom, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the organization or artist team you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Pilot access and accounts
Pilot access is invitation-only and subject to review. Applying does not create an account or guarantee acceptance. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Free pilot and paid plans
The 30-day concierge pilot requires no credit card and does not automatically convert to a paid plan. If you choose to continue, pricing, billing frequency, included seats, and any additional terms will be presented before a charge is authorized. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, paid plans may be canceled prospectively and prior charges are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not use CTRLRoom to violate law or another person’s rights; upload malware; probe or disrupt the service; bypass access controls; scrape the service at scale; impersonate another person; or process information you lack authority to use. You may not use CTRLRoom to build a competing dataset or service through automated extraction.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Ayliea LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve CTRLRoom. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and allow this processing.
AI recommendations
CTRLRoom may generate summaries, recommendations, or other AI-assisted output from workspace context. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular decision. You remain responsible for reviewing output and for decisions, communications, deadlines, financial commitments, releases, and other actions taken by you or your team.
Third-party services
CTRLRoom may connect with or link to third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or changes outside our control.
CTRLRoom ownership
CTRLRoom, its software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by Ayliea LLC or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption and to communicate changes that materially affect active customers. Pilot features may change more frequently than generally available features.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using CTRLRoom at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, nonpayment, unlawful use, or conduct that threatens the service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure before termination.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTRLRoom is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Ayliea LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Privacy and changes to these Terms
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised Terms here and update the effective date; material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
